What We Teach...
Lessons
Through our lessons, we are striving to develop students into competent and confident horsemen and horsewomen who can not just ride, but handle their horses safely from the moment they step into the pen. We are looking to help each individual to think like a trainer and gain the sensitivity to understand and listen to the signals their horse is sending. We offer private, semi-private, and group lesson options for ages three to adult. Lessons can be taught at multiple locations and we will travel to clients with their own horses for an additional fee. Contact us today to schedule your introductory lesson!
Training
We are working to build versatile horses with a solid foundation who are calm, confident, and connected with their handlers. Whatever you are struggling with, we can help! From starting horses, problem-solving, and trailer loading, to tune-ups, performance preparation, and skill advancement, there is something available for every horse's needs. We encourage owner participation whether through additional lessons or the viewing of training sessions in order to help them understand what their horse is learning and have the best success in maintaining and continuing progress. Wait, it gets better! We will travel to you for an additional fee if trailering poses any issue.
Horsemanship Clinics
Clinics are a wonderful way for riders to enhance their knowledge and skills through a concentrated portion of time with other passionate equestrians. We specifically offer a limited number of participant slots per clinic so each individual gets their questions answered and their unique needs addressed. We offer clinics on a variety of topics including our five core areas: Cowboy Dressage, Groundwork, Liberty, Obstacles, and La Garrocha, as well as things like western work, musical freestyle, improving the canter, troubleshooting your horsemanship, and more! Check out our Events page for this year's schedule!
Lectures and Demos
We offer a variety of lecture and demo topics such as: Tips for Tackling Your Dreams, The History of Dressage, Designing an Obstacle Course, What is Cowboy Dressage, Understanding La Garrocha, Problem Solving Trailer Loading, Safety Skills Every Equestrian Should Know, and so much more! Refer to our Events pages for this year's list of lectures and demo and/or contact us if you are interested in bringing a topic in for your barn or group!
